Hidden inside an oak forest on a private land of 12 acres surrounded by living areas of Gallos and Atsipopoulo villages and next to Rethymno city, our villa has the unique advantage which will make you feel that you are staying in the nature although you will be next to everything! Facing towards the Cretan sea and 6.5 km away from the organised sandy beach of Rethymno, the villa offers unspoiled views to the sea and full privacy. It combines traditional style, a peaceful atmosphere and modern amenities for restful holidays, perfect for families and children or a group of friends! Acorn Villa is a single-storey 200 sq. m luxurious residence with high quality throughout, offering spectacular sea and mountain views! It is located in a private plot of 12 acres on the outskirt of Rethymno city, just next to the villages of Gallos and Atsipopoulo. Furnished in stylish romantic touches, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people in beds. - Indoor layout - Entering to the villa there is a spacious open plan area which consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a 55 smart TV with Netflix, Playstation 3 and a fireplace, the indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. From the living room area there is direct access to the main veranda, the pool area and the garden. Additionally on the side of the veranda is the gym area includes a table tennis and table football. Our gym area has a wide collection of fitness equipment such as a steps, a treadmill and abs equipment. As you go through the hall way you will find an office room and then there are 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Other two bedrooms have 3 single beds, 2 beds are located on the ground level and the other one is located on the attic. Two more bathrooms are found in the area next to bedrooms, the main bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath and the other one has a shower. - The barbecue house & pool area - One of the unique feature of the villa is the independent barbecue house located next to the pool and garden area. The house has a charcoal barbecue, a wood oven, a kitchenette with 3 hobs, and refrigerator, a dining table, sitting area and a bathroom with shower. The house maximises your comfort while you are in the garden or the pool area, or simply enjoy your meal in the garden. - Outdoor area - The beautifully landscaped outdoor area surrounded by various trees and flowers offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA The villa is located on the outskirts of Rethymno town in a totally private area, between the small village of Gallos and the village of Atsipopoulo which nowadays is actually a suburb of Rethymno town. There is nothing that you cannot find in Atsipopoulo nowadays, as it has all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, many restaurants and services. In Gallos village where you can go on foot, you will find two mini markets and a great traditional tavern. Also an organised tennis court is located 1.9 km away from the villa! It is an ideal location for walking and jogging on the scenic routes available in the area.
