This gorgeous holiday home makes the perfect beach getaway for family and friends, with everything you need for an ideal holiday. Pets welcome. Seaside on Seagull is a lovely, tastefully renovated home furnished in a chic and relaxed beachside style. The home is situated across the road from the walkway to the beautiful swimming and surf beach Chiton Rocks (patrolled in summer). It is 100 metres from the sand and the Chiton Rocks Surf Life Saving Club (drop in for a casual drink in the summer months!). Just over 1 hour from Adelaide. The House The home has a large open plan living space, modern galley style kitchen (with Nespresso pod coffee machine) and 3 modern bathrooms. It sleeps 10 people (plus an extra child on a trundle bed) in 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs, 2 downstairs). Bedrooms are configured as: Bedroom 1 - Queen bed Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Treble bunk (double bed bottom, single bed on top) Bedroom 4 - Treble bunk (double bed bottom, single bed on top) and trundle underneath Quilts and covers, pillows and mattress protectors provided. Guests to supply own linen - or linen can be arranged at an additional cost. There is a split system (heating/cooling) aircon on the top level and ceiling fans in the top level bedrooms. There are 3 TVs (main bedroom, living and downstairs) with a good selection of dvds, games, puzzles, books and a mini pool table. Outside there is a good sized, fully fenced and secure backyard - perfect for the kids and dogs! (Please note there is a section of fence which is 1 metre high). There is an undercover sandpit (with toys) and lots of private and social outdoor decking and entertainment areas with idyllic views of the Port Elliot hills. There are 5 boogie boards for guest use and an outdoor shower. The Location Seaside on Seagull is located on one of the Peninsula's favourite spots between the popular tourist towns of Victor Harbor and Port Elliot. The closest town is Port Elliot with easy access to great pubs, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and eclectic shops. The Encounter Coast bikeway (which runs between Victor Harbor and Goolwa) passes directly in front of the house.
