Appartamento 2 is a perfect holiday home for holidays in Lecce in the historic center. Appartamento 2 opens with a large living room where in addition to the kitchenette and dining room, double sofa bed. On the floor also the bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the mezzanine, where there is 1 double bed. Where is Appartamento 2 of Salento Living in Lecce Appartamento 2 is one of the houses holidays proposed by Residence Salento Living, in the historic center of Lecce, the city of the Baroque. The structure is close to the historic Porta San Biagio and the lively evening nightlife. All attractions are within walking distance. The train station is also very close, just 500 meters on foot. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 36 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Just small pets are allowed. - The property is in the old town centre of Lecce, where there is a limited traffic area. - You can access the area to unload in the time slot 10 am - 1pm and 4pm-6pm.
