On the waterfront, the villa is ideally located facing the ocean on the beach of Bonne Source in Pornichet. The entrance to the villa opens onto a long corridor leading to a large terrace and a breathtaking view over the bay of Sainte-Marguerite de Pornichet to the Pouliguen point. A large living room with an adjoining kitchen, sea view, will allow you to enjoy the comfort of the place. The villa is composed of three large rooms on the ground floor, then two other rooms upstairs where one can access by an external staircase. A room of water on the ground floor and another one on the floor will be at your disposal. The villa also has all the facilities you will need in order to have a pleasant time. A person dedicated to the operation of the villa will be at your disposal (from the reservation until your departure). You will be able to walk on the many coastal paths that will be offered to you at the doors of the house. As for well-being, the Chateau des Tourelles in Pornichet or the relay Thalasso de la Baule will offer you a moment of relaxation facing the sea. Finally, our bay has many cafes and restaurants that will delight your taste buds. If you prefer to cook, then you can take a walk to the market in Pornichet, La Baule or Sainte-Marguerite a stone's throw from the house.
