Three balconies offer a wonderful view, either of the Plauer See or the protected alder forest. Your vacation home has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00m). The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, cookware and dishes. In addition to the dining area, there is a cozy reading corner with wing chairs. The living room with TV is located in the attic and offers two additional sleeping accommodations with a sofa bed (1.50 x 2.00m). Both bathrooms are flooded with daylight. The apartment is located in the harbor village of Plau am See, which was completed in 2017. A small natural bathing access to the Plauer See belongs to the harbor village. practice activities: The charming old town of the small town of Plau am See is only a 10-minute walk away. Stroll through the idyllic village and enjoy your time out in one of the charming cafés. The gently undulating beautiful surroundings of the lake invite you to go on long cycling and hiking tours. If you want to take it easy, try your luck at fishing or simply enjoy the view. With an area of almost 39 square kilometers, the Plauer See is one of the ten largest lakes in Germany and offers lively water lovers numerous possibilities: swimming, rowing, sailing, surfing, canoeing, kayaking or a leisurely tour with the houseboat. Hints: The harbor village of Plau am is located in a restricted traffic zone. The parking lot is about 100 meters away. Hand trolleys are available for loading and unloading. A cot and high chair can be booked free of charge. We kindly ask you to bring the bed linen, pillows and blanket for the child. A berth for a boat can be rented depending on availability. The tourist tax of 1.50 per person (from 16 years) and night (1. 04.-31. 10.) is paid on the spot. Please note that only one parking space is available for the apartment. If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, please use the free car park near the supermarkets.
