The house is situated within walking distance of the historic town of Sablé-sur-Sarthe, with its port and château. Slightly further afield is the 15th century Abbey St. Pierre in Solesmes, and the Château and forest of Durtal. The world famous racetrack of Le Mans 24h is only 40 minutes drive.
