The villa is a stone-made house inspired by Cretan traditional style while interiors are filled with full of modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Located within a walking distance to the beach, the villa offers total quietness and exceptional view over the sea. Additionally the owner of the villa owns a beach bar / tavern on the beach and our guests will have free sun beds on the beach. Enjoy tranquillity and comfort in this exquisite and unique villa. Located in a great location only 350 away from the nearest sandy beach of Kavros, the two-storey 200 sq. m villa melds its traditional stone built house facade with a modern addition and offers the best comforts to our guests. It can accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 10 people if it is necessary. - Indoor layout - Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace and a 48” satellite HDTV, indoor dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. Additionally a piano, an office space and a toilet are found in the same area. Then as you go through the corridor connected from the open plan area, there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other one with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower. Reaching the first floor via a wooden staircase, there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other one with a double bed. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious balcony under the pergola with sitting area. A bathroom with shower is also located on the same floor. - Outdoor area - The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
