It is a house with a lot of character, which has been restored with great taste and affection, the traditional Mallorcan structure, while adding materials and decoration in a fresh and Mediterranean style. Inside the tram there are double bedrooms, one of them with two single beds, two bathrooms, two bathrooms with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with satellite television. In addition, the three bedrooms have a hot and cold air conditioning device and there is WIFI internet in all the rooms of the house. Outside, a cozy patio, accessed through a beautiful fully furnished porch, invites us to relax in the pool surrounded by hammocks. The house has beautiful details such as a beautiful balustrade, a banana tree and some exotic plants. This property is located just 15 km from the beaches of Alcudia, and 45 km from Palma.
