A charming one bedroom apartment with swimming pool, private parking and sea view terrace located on the heights west of Nice in the residential area of Corniche Fleurie. Space Welcome to our apartment with exceptional sea view, Located on the second floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, swimming pool in the residence, private garage, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, balcony, Wi-Fi... This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and closet, bathroom with shower, WC and bidet, kitchen open on the living room with a sofa bed and TV and sea view terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival. This is a no smoking apartment. Access The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation. We will be there to advise you before and during your stay, available by phone or by email to answer any questions and make sure you spend a great stay at your home away from home. Neighborhood Apartment is located on the heights of Nice Ouest, in the residential area of Corniche Fleurie, less than 8 minutes from the airport and 7km from the city center, overlooks the plain of the Var and thus offers its residents a pleasant and privileged living environment. Many shops are nearby, including a mini market (Proxi) 180m from the apartment and a bakery 650m away. Old Town, the historic and lively district of the city, Place Masséna and Avenue Jean Médecin with all its shops are a 15-minute drive away. You can also reach all these must-see places by tram, the Ferber stop is 20 minutes away on foot. Transit Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Ferber. Journey takes only 20 minutes and this stop is 2km away from the apartment. You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment. Bus 51 takes you to the Promenade des Anglais from the apartment (Primavera stop). Train station « Nice-St-Augustin » is 2km away, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily. You can come in Nice by car and park in the private and covered parking of the residence. IMPORTANT NOTES : Our cleaning and laundry fees are very light. Consequently the accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene. All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions. Smoking isn’t allowed inside. Please remember that late arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible in two different ways: - Either independently and free of charge with an illustrated guide. - Or in a personalized way with one of our agents, charged 30 € extra fees to be paid on arrival.
