We do not accept any parties or events due to strict council regulations at any of our Holiday Shacks Luxury Accommodation properties. Due to our high standard of accommodation we do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age. You will be required to sign and agree to our No Party Policy. 2. A maximum of 12 guests on the property at any given time (Maximum of 8 adults) 3. A bond is required to be paid prior to arrival l and your ID will be requested for verification upon booking. 4. Cancellation Terms: Should you through unforeseen circumstances cancel your booking outside the booking terms, you will forfeit $110 booking cancellation fee, $88 booking fee as well as any applicable merchant fees from your initial deposit.
