It`s 200 meters away from the sea and a few minutes away from the city centre, in the quiet area La Strea, a small villa for a vacation in Salento dedicated to relaxation, in one of the most famous Apulian tourist destinations: Porto Cesareo "the Ionian pearl". The recently-built house is independent, with outdoor equipped space, air conditioning and the necessary for a regenerating vacation with family or friends. It`s pet friendly (small-sized pets only). Vacations 200 meters away from the sea of Porto Cesareo The recently-built holiday home Casa is 200 meters away from the sea of Porto Cesareo and it`s furnished with attention to details in a modern style. It`s independent, on the ground floor, with two entrances: a pedestrian access and the ones to the area where it`s possible to park one car. The outdoor spaces are wide, furnished with table, chairs and a big umbrella, the ideal place to have lunch or dinner, cooked on the barbecue grill. There is also an outdoor kitchenette with sink. The modern, cozy and bright holiday home consists of a living room with well-equipped open kitchen with electric oven, dining area and a sofa bed for two. It is equipped with convectors, television and fireplace. The living room is served by a bathroom with shower, washing machine and ante-bathroom. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms (master bedroom and twin bedroom with bunk beds), a modern bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet. The house is air conditioned and it`s equipped with hair-dryer, iron and ironing board. The surroundings of the house The holiday home is in the area La Strea, on the coast of Sant`Isidoro - Porto Cesareo. The peninsula Strea and the sea are 200 meters away from the house, which is in a prestigious protected area. The quiet area is a few meters away from the closest restaurant/fried-food shop, just like the lively city centre of Porto Cesareo, with its bank, pharmacy, library, museum, restaurants, newsstands and topacco shops. The closest beach establishments on sandy beach, such as Conchiglia Azzurra, Le Dune ed il Tabù, are a few kilometers away. The beautiful Sant`Isidoro has small beaches to be discovered. - Air conditioner in the living room and in the hallway. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
