In the small village of Kostrena you will find this wonderful semi-detached holiday house with sea view. With a large fenced garden and pool, it is ideal for families with children. The right refreshment on hot summer days provide the pool and shower in the garden. Around the pool you will find sunbeds and a barbecue where you can prepare meals for your loved ones. From the living room and kitchen you reach the covered terrace, where you can relax from the first morning coffee until the evening. On the ground floor, beside the living room, there is a bedroom with en suite bathroom. Internal stairs lead to the first floor, on which there are two further bedrooms with balcony and own bathrooms. On the plot there are two covered parking spots and children's play equipment such as swing and seesaw. If you want to play chess, there is a large chess field on the property, which offers full outdoor fun in the evening. The nearest beaches, restaurants and cafés can are in walking distance. Sports activities such as football, tennis, water polo, cycling on trim trails are also within reach. During your holidays, be sure to visit the cities of Rijeka and Opatija, as well as the nearby islands of Krk, Cres and Lošinj. Istria is about a 45-minutes’ drive away from the house.
