Rip Curl is an immaculately presented, 6 bedroom contemporary holiday home perfectly situated in a peaceful corner of the popular Sandy Way within easy reach of the village and enjoying direct access to a picturesque footpath which reaches the dunes in 5 minutes and the beach in just 10 minutes maximum. The footpath is accessed through a gate at the rear of a private lawned garden which has a large decked terrace, a great separate outdoor seating area, fire pit and a hot tub (charges apply) - the perfect space for those warm summer evenings spent with families or friends after a fun day on the beach. The stunning contemporary kitchen/dining room with full width bi-fold doors opens onto the back garden being well equipped with a gas hob, 2 large integrated ovens, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. Fabulous space for conjuring up a culinary delight whilst still being engaged with the family. Just behind this living space there is a very useful utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and extra storage and also a very spacious wetroom with 2 showers. Rip Curl has a large and comfortable living room with french doors leading to the front garden and a large corner sofa, together with a flat screen television and woodburner- ideal for those guests joining us on cosy winter evenings. One of the double bedrooms is situated on the ground floor and benefits from a stylish and modern shower room just outside across the hallway. This spacious bright and airy bedroom has a flat screen television and built in wardrobe. The large landing at the top of the stairs leads to the other 5 bedrooms and the main bathroom, featuring bath and separate shower. One of these bedrooms is another light double bedroom enjoying hillside views. There is a further bunk bedroom, 2 single bedrooms and a double bedroom housing a sofa bed- all bedrooms are very spacious indeed! There is a gated driveway with parking for 3 vehicles and a decked pathway which leads around to the back garden passing an outdoor shower and surfboard area on the way. WIFI, linen and hand/bath towels are provided free of charge. COVID-19 INFORMATION AND POLICIES Please read our FAQ's & COVID-19 Guest Information & Policies to see the steps we are taking to ensure Guest & Housekeeper safety. We are pleased to be accredited with the Visit England 'Good to go' COVID-19 safety scheme. There is a refundable security deposit of £350 payable with the final balance or 1 week prior to arrival - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection) Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due (Homeaway/Airbnb will also charge their service fee to you upon booking). The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival (Airbnb will detail the payment schedule to you upon booking). It is not possible to add any extras when booking via Homeaway/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages. Available Extras: - Highchair - One highchair supplied free of charge - Hot tub - £125 per week/short break. Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied, cleaned, sanitised and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.
