The house is on two levels: living area and kitchenette on the first floor, while the sleeping area is on the mezzanine floor. Thanks to the large windows, the house, despite the style, is very bright and perfect for short or medium-long term stays. Among the various comforts of the house you will find WiFi Fiber, Smart TV, air conditioning and washing machine. Check-in: the communication of your information as a guest will take place totally online and in advance; guest registration is required by law and you will be required to fill in the online forms with a valid identity document for each resident guest. During the online check-in you will be asked to pay the tourist tax, it is 3 € per person per night (minors and residents of Milan are not subject to payment).
