This very beautiful detached chalet with 4 bedrooms was built in 2010. The chalet is located 2 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop and 10-15 minutes walk from the slopes and hiking trails. On the ground floor of the chalet is the garage, the ski room with boot dryer and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs you have a beautiful living space with a fitted kitchen including large fridge and freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher. The living room includes a large flat screen TV, a DVD player and a wood stove (firewood included) ideal for winter evenings. On this same floor there is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bathtub and WC. Upstairs you have a spacious landing with TV then 3 bedrooms, two with 2 single beds that can be pushed together or separated depending on the use, and the last with a 180 cm double bed. Another bathroom and a toilet are upstairs. The price includes household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). End-of-stay cleaning is included, however, the premises must be left in a correct state (beds unmade, garbage cans taken out, dishwasher emptied etc ...) Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival: Cleaning cost : 210 €.
