This house of about 60 m², fully renovated, with inner and outer courtyard located in downtown Bréhal, was designed for couples or "small families"; it is close to all shops (2 supermarkets, 3 bakeries, butcher, PMU, Bars, Tobacco, groceries, pizzerias, restaurants, florists, hairdressers, etc ...). The layout: At the entrance is a washing machine (new) and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven and cooking (new) and a dishwasher. Close to huge sandy beaches (2 km), this small house is ideally located to visit the most beautiful sites in the region between Saint-Malo and Honfleur; you will easily reach the Mont Saint-Michel, the landing beaches, then the Cotentin marshes, the wild coast of the Hague, Deauville, etc ... This cottage will also allow you to practice, nearby, fishing on foot, golf (in Saint-Martin de Bréhal, Granville, Coutances, Agon-Coutainville), sailing and sand yachting at the sailing school, the horse riding, ... You can also visit the famous factory Bells of Villedieu the Stoves then discover the Ile Chausey or the Channel Islands of Jersey or Guernsey from the port of Granville. Different Cirques are generally passing through the surrounding communes in July and August. You will enjoy the markets (Bréhal Tuesdays, Granville Saturdays, Saint-Martin de Bréhal or Hauteville sur Mer on Sundays, Montmartin sur Mer Wednesdays, Coutances Thursdays, ...).
