Casa Collina is a modern, stylish 2.5 room apartment in the heart of Ascona, with colourful furnishings. The high windows let a lot of light into the apartment. There is a nice, private terrace with a grill for you to enjoy spring, summer and autumn barbecues! Room layout: Large, spacious living room, fully equipped open kitchen, dining area, terrace, one bedroom with a double bed, one attic with 2 single beds placed together, one bathroom (with shower and WC). Please note: the additional sleeping possibility for 2 persons is in the attic above the kitchen and dining area. The attic can only be reached via the stairs in the living room (see photos). The stairs do NOT have a handrail and are steep, so the attic is probably not suitable for small children or the elderly (unless supervised). Ideal occupancy: 2-4 persons. Please note: the only access to the bathroom is through the downstairs bedroom. Casa Collina is therefore suitable for one family and not really suitable for 2 adult couples. Casa Collina has one dedicated parking space. There are a few steps from the street down to the entrance of the apartment. Casa Collina is fully equipped with, amongst others: Flat screen TV (140 cm), Smart TV for reception of Netflix, Youtube etc., Bluewin TV and satellite receiver (incl. all German-language channels), DVD player, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, clothes horse, etc. Please note: Soap, bath towels and kitchen towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own.
