Welcome to my 21 square meters apartment in the heart of Lille, located on the 8th floor WITH elevator. It is ideally located near the LILLE FLANDRES STATION and the EURALILLE shopping center where you will find many shops. You can easily discover Lille by reaching the GRAND PLACE and the VIEUX LILLE in less than 10 minutes on foot. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Very good stay :) ## Logement Located near Euralille, the accommodation is pleasant and is composed of a living room with a double bed, a bathroom and a nice kitchen area to relax after a short day in Lille. You will have everything at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The district offers an immediate proximity with shops and restaurants. The district is very appreciated by the locals and the tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favorites with you! A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler. ## Emplacement The Euralille district represents the business district of Lille. It is a new district centered on tertiary infrastructures with notably two TGV stations. Euralille is the third largest business district in France after La Défense and Part Dieu. The Le Corbusier Viaduct, emblematic of the district, connects the Lille Flandres train station to the Lille Europe train station. Within this district is the Tour de Lille, which has become a symbol of the revival of the Lille metropolis, the Euralille shopping center, the Grand Palais, grouping 3 spaces: conventions-seminars; exhibitions; and the Zenith Arena.
