SUMMARY In south Corsica, a beautiful five bedroom (up to 12 people) villa with panoramic view on the famous Pinarello Bay and Alta Rocca mountains. Heated swimming pool, A/C in all rooms , wifi, barbecue, beach at 1,5km and shops/restaurants at 5'. At the top of the hill, (meaning steep slope to access) villa with incredible seaview and mountain view on the Alta Rocca mountains. The villa has been completely refurbished over the last 2 years and is nicely decorated to enjoy perfect vacations. Organised on 3 levels, several families can have their own space while sharing the wonderful common spaces: - Level 3: master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom (bath + shower + WC), its private terrace overlooking the bay and a large closet - Level 2: living room with mountain view (balcony) with TV, dining room with access to the large terrace and pool, sea view; large kitchen with a US fridge and another fridge / freezer, 2 dishwashers, oven, microwave; a bedroom (double bed) with wonderful sea view; a large bathroom with bath and shower, a separate WC - Level 1: a bedroom (double bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower + WC and independant access; a large kids' bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed, a double bedroom with mountain view. Kids bedroom and mountain view bedroom share a bathroom with shower. Separate WC. Outside, there is a nice garden with local trees and plants, a "petanque" space, heated pool 10,5*4 (April to October), a table for 10 people (additional table if required), a barbecue Air conditioning in all rooms / heating in the winter (+ fireplace in the living room) Please look at the rules of the villa. We ask for a 2000€ damage deposit before entering the villa by check or credit card (non debited) unless there are damages during the stay. Rental price includes: welcome by conciergerie, towels and bed sheets and end of stay cleaning (intermediary cleaning for a 2 week-stay) The latest 300m of the access road are mostly a dirt road with some holes. Not recommended for sports cars.
