With a roof terrace the size of the house itself, you have an unobstructed panoramic view of the Westeinderplassen and the marina. The house also has a smaller terrace on the ground floor, ideal for breakfast or lunch. This is an ideal vacation home for those who want the comforts of a real home while also wanting the experience of being on the water. Boat owner? There is also a boat lift that you can use for a fee. The living room is very modern and bright. You can admire the water landscape from all angles through the large windows on all sides of the living room. The open kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. This house has a view of the marina from the living room, and from the roof terrace you also have a view of the Westeinderplassen! Water sports equipment is available from the marina reception. Rent SUP boards, canoes and other fun boards. Sailing course? You can visit various sailing schools on the Westeinderplassen. The restaurant in the harbour has recently been renovated and is a very nice change for a nice lunch or dinner. As this property is located on the border between North and South Holland, coastal cities such as Katwijk and Noordwijk are a 20-minute drive away. Haarlem and Amsterdam are a 30-minute drive away.
