Bungalow Punta Ala

This small individual bungalow lies in the large perfectly maintained park of a serviced Residence (01.06 - 30.09) with a large pool in the mediterranean nature of Punta Ala, at only 300 m from the sea and beaches. The bungalow is finely furnished and equipped with every comfort. The porch with pergola, equipped with table and chairs and garden is ideal for outdoor dining. The bungalow disposes of a private parking on the street alongside the residence which distances 200 meters. You can enter the bungalow trough a door on the back side or from the porch in front of the garden leading directly in the living room with a double bed sofa, flat screen TV, table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette. A door brings you into the night area with a room with double bed, large wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The wide, covered and furnished porch/terrace is ideal for having all meals outside surrounded by the green mediterranean vegetation. The large pool distances from here not more than 100 meters. If you prefer spending your day at the seaside (300 meters away) a pedestrian path in the middle of the pine forest leads to the beaches. Here you find small bays, free public beaches and the beach bath ‘La Bussola’ which has an agreement with the residence. Nearby you can also play golf at the ‘Punta Ala Golf Club’, play tennis, attend a sailing school, find a diving center… all for a successful vacation. The residence offers also a reception, a bar with cold snacks, relaxing area with free WiFi and Tv room (from 01.06 to 30.09). This cosy little bungalow is ideal for a couple or a small family looking for a relaxing vacation near the sea with all comforts in a privileged location like Punta Ala. But if you want to take advantage of Punta Ala’s central position in the Maremma and Tuscany to do some sight seeing and excursions you only have the embarrassment of choice: the cultural cities of Florence, Pisa, Siena, the islands of Elba, Giglio and Giannutri, the seaside towns of Castiglione della Pescaia, Porto Santo Stefano, Punta Ala, the beautiful cities in Maremma of Pitigliano, Sovana, Manciano, the Saturnia, Petriolo and Rapolano Spas…. and much more. Welcome in Maremma and Punta Ala! Guests have the whole house for themselves as well as the terrace and the garden in front. We are always at your service to help guests if necessary but also to give good tips and information: good restaurants, bars, sights not to be missed, exiting excursion… suitable for families to the most extreme downhill races.
