Seminar 87 is a perfect solution for those looking for a modern, perfectly functional house in the center of Rome: the Pantheon. The house is 180sqm and is located on the 1st floor of a historic building with an elevator. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which have an ensuite bathroom and a large living room (40sqm) with a sofa bed. One of the 3 rooms is located above a mezzanine (20sqm), has two single beds that can be joined together and has an ensuite bathroom with tub. Guests have access to all the services present in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary from the Nespresso machine to make coffee in the microwave oven and the dishwasher. In the apartment you will also find an iron and a washing machine. I live a few minutes from the apartment and I am at your disposal for any eventuality.
