The Henry Isaac Suite #Citycentre

This apartment is perfect for families and friends as well as for business use. For three or four guests we can set up the comfy sofa bed in the separate living room and we can provide high chairs and travel cots on request. This newly refurbished cocoa suite is on the 1st floor accessed by a lift or stairs. The apartment is well soundproofed but we do request you respect our neighbours when using the corridors. The master bedroom is light and airy, with a large window framed by the building’s original brickwork, overlooking the River Foss. It had a king-sized (5ft) bed, enhanced with hotel standard, crisp white bedding and a wall-mounted LCD TV. The ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom which is beautifully fitted with a shower over bath, comes with soft fluffy towels and has access straight off the master bedroom as well as from the hallway via a second door so is ideal if a third person is staying on the sofa bed. Along the hallway is the modern kitchen, which has all the utensils you will need, including tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and oven. There is even a washing machine!  In the living area, you will again be welcomed by views of the river with an original oak dining table that seats four guests and a large, comfortable  L-shaped sofa (which can be converted into a sofa bed) and a smart TV. There is a pay and display car park at the apartments you can use during your stay. The ‘ChocoLets’ apartments are all based in the old Rowntree’s, now known as Nestle, chocolate warehouse. Each apartment’s name is a tribute to its historic past.
