This perfect location is on the edge of the tiny village of Somersal Herbert, approximately 9 miles south of the popular Derbyshire market town of Ashbourne, convenient for visiting The Potteries and only 7 miles from Alton Towers, which makes a good day out for all the family. This property makes an excellent base to visit all that the Peak District has to offer. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles. Winter fuel supplement payable by cheque or card, one week prior to arrival - £70per week. Fireworks are not allowed in the grounds of this property. There is a pond in the garden. The banister/balustrade height is less than 1m (85cm). Two Hot tubs available at £250 for a week and £220 for short breaks, first come first serve basis. Property does not accept short break bookings over a weekend.
