A self contained Summerhouse annexe, is perfect for family vacations, a couples getaway or business trips. The Space: Our recently renovated Victorian school is unique, spacious and bright. You will be blown away by the gorgeous Victorian architecture and the industrial interior design. Inside our summerhouse Annexe, there is a fully equipped kitchen. Luxury bathroom with shower and bath facilities. And massive TV with Netflix entertainment. Our property faces out into gorgeous gardens, with entertaining spaces both inside and outside of the property. The harbour town is just 100m away This property has two other buildings on the same plot, with a total capacity to sleep up to 24 people! Perfect for large families! Guest Access: You will be in a self contained annexe with access to the front entrance garden & parking only. The back garden with decking and hot tub is strictly for Main House bookings only. The Neighborhood: 5 minutes walking down the hill into Fowey you'll find a selection of independent shops, fresh local produce and plenty of restaurants and cafes. You can hire a boat for £20 and travel up and down the famous Fowey waters. The Eden Project is a short 15 minute drive away. Getting Around: Parking is available 10 steps away from the property. Please put in 'Hanson Drive' to your sat Nav and follow the sign post for the 'The Old School Studio' - you may park here. There is no parking entrance from Daglands Rd, so make sure you head towards Hanson Drive! Walk through the gate across the footpath and enter the wooden gate labelled 'The Old School Studio'. The Summerhouse annexe is immediately on your right. Check in instructions are on the listing once booked :) The best way to get around Fowey is by foot. There are plenty of walking routes around Fowey with so much to see. Other Things to Note: Please note that other guests may be staying in the main house or flat. Please do not disturb them, and ensure quiet after 10pm.
