At your doorstep there is a multitude of outdoor activities including a safe netted swimming area, early morning walks along the beach, a playground, boating, fishing and much more. The space: This single level house offers an abundant outdoor entertaining with two great outdoor spaces capturing the ocean views and north sun, perfect all year around. The front deck and grassed area is perfect for both relaxing or entertaining. Enjoy a wine and put the barbecue on for an easy meal, all whilst soaking in the amazing ocean views! If you’re lucky the backyard fruit trees will be fruiting and you will be able to grab a lemon to squeeze on your meal. Rockpool is a spacious home suitable for one to two families, or, a group of friends getting together to enjoy beachside holidaying. Walk through the main door straight into the hub of the house, kitchen and dining area can be found to your right. The kitchen is a great size and has been newly fitted with a dishwasher, new ovens, microwave, stove-top and has everything one needs to create a gourmet meal. To your left, there is the first TV/lounge area which has been set up with Netflix. If games are more your thing, the second living space has a variety to choose from which you can play with your friends and family. Plenty of spaces for everyone. The master bedroom has one king bed and looks out onto the front lawn. The second bedroom has one queen and one single bed and the third bedroom is decked out with three singles and a secondary TV and couch so there can be two movie nights going on at once.
