The Garden Apartment is of substantial size giving guests lots of space during their stay. The lounge is tastefully decorated and boasts a large screen smart TV with Netflix with two large leather sofas. Additionally there is another reception room with a sofa in a nice snug like setting. The master bedroom has a very lovely and comfortable King Size bed. Attached is the en-suite with a large double size shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a super comfy King bed. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of equipment to enable you to cook and includes, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all pans and utensils. Within the second reception room is the dining table, seating four people. The main bathroom has an over bath shower. Next to the main bathroom is the utility room where there is a washing machine and area to hang clothes. The Garden Apartment is set within the grounds of a lovely Victorian building. There is off street parking for one vehicle and lovely communal gardens which guests are welcome to use. The apartment is ideally situated, only a 10 minute walk to the harbour, sea front and town making it very handy handy place to stay. Within 10 minutes by car one can out of Torquay to explore the wider delights of Devon. In summary, the Garden Apartment is a relaxing and secluded home ideally situated to explore Torquay and the wider delights of Devon. The Garden Apartment has been a holiday since 2015 and has enjoyed very lovely reviews from guests although is new to HomeAway.
