Howqua Shack is a comfortably sized, split level, 2-bedroom home with split system heating/cooling throughout, overhead fan and to add to the ambience a wood fire heater with firewood supplied. The home is fully self-contained with a spacious kitchen that can accommodate from 2 to 6 guests adequately. This homestead has open plan living, offering a tastefully renovated feel, with a fully functional kitchen, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher plus all the mod’s and cons a great kitchen has to offer including a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, electric stove top and oven, a well-positioned breakfast bar with stools. There is a generous amount of utensils and glass ware for your enjoyment. The open plan lounge room offers relief and total comfort. It is tremendous for the music and/or movie buffs. There is an LP old school record player for you to bring your memorable LP’s, surround sound system that is tuned into the 103cm television. Bring the popcorn, sit on the couch and watch your favorite movie’s any day of the week. There is Chrome Cast, (to access your Netflix, Spotify and Pandora) plus a good selection of DVD's to entertain all enthusiasts. Open up the lounge room sliding door onto the great sized entertaining deck plus outdoor dining setting. There is a large, 6 burner gas Bar-Bar-Que (BBQ) for all to cook up a feast while reminiscing with friends and family, sipping on a beverage of your choice. Howqua Shack boast two (2) bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Is a spacious room with a double bed plus king single bunk, this room can accommodate up to 4 guests combined. Installed with split system heating and cooling. This room has views of beautiful green tranquil gardens. Bedroom 2: Is a cozy room with a romantic ambience. It has a comfortable double bed and would suit couples. Installed with split system heating and cooling. This little retreat overlooks the delicate, restful garden feature. Donnas and pillows are provided. All mattresses and pillows have their own protectors. Guest are only required to bring their own doona covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels. Howqua Shack has a good sized bathroom, with a large vanity and glass mirror, large shower cavity, with great lighting, heating and overhead exhaust fan and 2 toilets - one inside and one outside that are roomed separately from the main bathroom. There is a laundry, with a front loader washing machine, iron and ironing board. Bathmat and hand towels are provided for your further comfort. Howqua Shack is pet friendly - Conditions do apply and pre-approval is required. The lake is accessible only a walk away and has numerous access paths. So what are you waiting for!
