Unit 18 Portside is a self-contained, air conditioned holiday unit with stunning water views of Nelson Bay Marina, the Bay and the mountains. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets for guests to experience in addition to the busy waterways with boats and sailing ships all there for guests to enjoy. The accommodation offers undercover parking for two cars side by side or your boat and trailer, a shared complex pool open 8am to 8pm and security intercom. There is a gorgeous sunny balcony so you can enjoy the tranquil environment. This property is only a two minute walk to the marina and two minute walk to the famous Magnus Street and town centre where you will find all your best restaurants and shopping. You can leave you car in the underground car park, have a lovely glass of wine over dinner and walk home within a few minutes. As soon as you walk into the open plan living and dining area you will feel at home with the atmosphere created with cosy and comfortable furnishings, WiFi, Smart TV with apple TV and a PS4 available. The fully equipped kitchen has been newly refurbished and comes with a family size fridge/ freezer, complete cooking facilities and microwave. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, bedroom one has a walk-in robe and Queen bed whilst bedroom two has a single bed with a built in trundle with extension legs to form into a king size adult bed. The owner has also provided a port a cot, high chair and change table for your convenience. The bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and a separate toilet. The internal laundry has a top loader washing machine and dryer. The owner has also provided a high chair and port-a-cot for your convenience. POOL IS OPEN FOR SUMMER Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed +Ceiling Fan Bedroom 2 – Two single beds or king size bed + Ceiling Fan Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack. Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts. Property Notes: Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does have Wi-fi. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
