Large L shaped lounge with a 65inch TV and Sonos stereo system provides plenty of room to sit back enjoy a show or sports game. Open plan kitchen with plenty of bench space, and large french door fridge flows through to a large outdoor covered deck. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for entertaining. The house has multiple indoor and outdoor dining options. Inside dining options seats 12 people, one 8 seater table and a second 4 seater. Outdoors on the private back patio there is an 8 seater table plus 8 seater outdoor settee. On the front deck an 8 seater table provides the option to catch the winter sun and view of Tomaree mountain. Comfortably sleeps 10 (It can however accommodate12 people) with 7 beds across 4 bedrooms. 3x bedrooms at one end of the house (2xqueen and 1xdouble) plus a rumpus room with 2x tri bunks, couch and TV, a great room for kids or a family or friend group looking for separate zones. Two bathrooms, one of these is over three separate areas making it perfect for larger groups getting ready. Plus an outdoor hot and cold shower perfect for getting rid of the sand after a day at the beach. Large washing machine & dryer plus outdoor clothes line perfect for longer stays. Plenty of parking, bring the boat or caravan. Pet friendly, with a spacious fully fenced back yard (around 350sqm of yard space!) provides ample space for kids and pets to run around. Property sleeps 10, you can choose bedding option, but must not exceed 10 Guests Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan Bedroom 3 - 1 x Double Bed + Ceiling Fan Bedroom 4 - 2 x Tri Bunk (double underneath / single above) Doonas, quilt, pillows and covers are provided. Sheets and towels included for an extra cost via a linen service (please note beds will be made up with doonas and pillows but you will need to put your own sheets on). Your linen needs will need to be confirmed upon booking. Please no parties out of respect for the quiet neighbourhood.
