This beautiful home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and provides ample parking for up to 6 cars or boats and jet skis. The kitchen and living room: The layout in this beautiful home comprises a generous open plan kitchen, featuring quality appliances and stone bench tops while overlooking the spacious living and dining area with stylish timber floors. The dream kitchen offers a Bosch electric induction cooktop, an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and expansive central breakfast bar. The adjoining living and dining room features comfortable furnishings complete with split system AC, a cosy wood fire Coonara, a large screen TV and direct access to the sprawling balcony and outdoor living. There is a rumpus room and kids retreat area with a large screen TV, Split system AC and toys and games on the lower level. Wi-Fi and Netflix are both available throughout the home. The bedrooms and bathrooms: There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 located on the ground floor with a central bathroom and separate toilet. The first bedrooms offers a queen bed, a ceiling fan and BIRs. The second bedroom also has BIRs, a portable fan and sleeps 4 guests in tri bunks plus a single bed. There are BIRs and a portable fan in the third downstairs bedroom which sleeps 4 guests in 2 sets of bunk beds. The master bedroom is located on the top floor and features a queen size bed, split system AC, a spacious WIR, a full ensuite and a separate toilet. The sundrenched balcony with miles of tree top views is easily accessed from the kitchen and is perfect for a morning coffee or a family BBQ .The fully fenced spacious yard offers loads of parking space for up to 6 cars or a boat and jet ski. There is a double garage with a table tennis table and internal access to the downstairs rumpus room.
