In a peaceful and pretty location in the Kennington area of Bendigo, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is perfect for a short or long stay. The property is located close to the Bendigo CBD with a range of activities close by for everyone to enjoy. Our home is beautifully presented, fully renovated with all new furnishings and décor. There are three large bedrooms, one with a King size bed and two with Queen size beds. There is a double sofa bed and an inflatable double mattress is also available. All linen and towels supplied. Master bedroom has an ensuite and there is a second family bathroom with a spacious spa bath. Can sleep up to 8 people. The modern kitchen has all amenities, including gas hotplates, electric oven and new microwave, pod coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Along with tea, coffee and sugar, I have included a range of pantry staples such as flour, oil, vinegar, rice, pasta, tinned products, long life milk and cream and a range of dried herbs if you are keen to cook local produce. There is an island bench, and a wide range of platters, boards and bowls that make it perfect for entertaining. The main lounge area has two 3-seater leather couches, a new 50” LCD television, DVD player and DVD’s. The sunroom has a sofa (bed) that looks out to the garden. Double sliding doors lead out from the sunroom to a covered timber alfresco deck with a private view of the beautiful native garden. There is an outdoor setting of table and chairs, a coffee table set, and a large gas BBQ. Off-street parking is available under a carport and there is plenty of parking outside the property. Great location, overlooking Bendigo creek reserve, with walking tracks that cover all that Bendigo CBD has to offer. Less than 1KM from the Bendigo train station and CBD. The Brougham Arms, a very popular local pub is a 5-minute walk (400 metres) and other great pubs and restaurants are also close by. 3-minute drive to Bendigo Tafe, 5-minute drive to Bendigo Hospital and Lake Weeroona.
