If you have 10, 11 or 12 guests you must select the correct number. - 6 or 7 guests = 4 bedrooms - 8 guests = 5 bedrooms - 9 or more guests = all 7 bedrooms Guests have exclusive use of their bedroom living spaces and share other facilities including full kitchen and laundry with new friends, future business partners, great contacts, and maybe even soul mates that they are about to meet! Most bedrooms have a queen bed and some twin beds as well as other facilities - various options exist. Offering a built in outdoor kitchen barbecue and views of the garden, a 55” flat-screen TV, blu-ray and DVD player are located in The Sunroom. A balcony or patio are adjacent to some rooms and there is a wonderful outdoor living area. Some rooms have private bathroom and other access multiple shared facilities. Stay Social features free WiFi throughout the property. Free use of bicycles is available at this guest house and the area is popular for cycling.
