The entrance opens to an air conditioned living with smart TV and gas fire. Also a brand new large kitchen with a brand new laundry behind the kitchen that leads out to a backyard with large rectangle enclosed trampoline and ball area with basketball ring. At the front of the house enjoy undercover dining or lounging with built in bbq Weber and outdoor sink. From here you can admire the bay views, with the You Yangs in the distance on the deck in the beautiful afternoon sun. The master has a king bed ceiling fan and a chic styled en suite with double shower, double vanity and toilet. The second level contains air conditioned dining for 10 that overlooks the fully fenced 9.2 x 1.8 solar heated pool enclosure. Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan. The third level has a bedroom with king single bed and pull out trundle bed plus ceiling fan. A air conditioned TV room that opens up to the backyard with Balinese style cabana with chairs overlooking the pool and backyard, monkey bars, tumble bar and monkey swing. A queen bedroom with ceiling fan and en-suite shower toilet and vanity. Linen and towels supplied. The perfect setup for 2 families. There is parking for 3 cars within an electric gated fence. We supply linen, wifi and netflix on 1 TV. Nearby attractions: Eco friendly park across the road from Mt Martha primary school, 8-10 minute walk to the beach and village, 5 minute drive to Mt Martha golf course. Due to our high standard of holiday accommodation we do not accept schoolies bucks/hens or party bookings. We ask that you kindly keep noise outside to a minimum after 10pm as we have neighbours nearby.
