This fantastic country house located 1.5 km from Algaida can sleep up to 8 guests that will enjoy a beautiful building with private pool. This wonderful country house features a spacious plot where vineyards and a pretty gardened area with a lawn around the great water salt pool prevail. After sunbathing on the 6 sunloungers or enjoying a delicious breakfast alfresco, you can cool off in the pool that sizes 9 x 4 metres and has water depth that ranges from 1.2 to 1.8 metres. Later, the exterior shower invites to wash off and get ready for a delicious BBQ at the porch. The property is not completely fenced. Inside, you'll find an airy living - dining room which is equipped with AC for you to enjoy watching TV and having your meals all together. The kitchen offers a gas cooktop, a dining table and exit to the outside. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms with a double bed and a closet. One of them is on this floor and it offers AC and an en-suite bathroom with independent shower and bath. Upstairs you have the other bedrooms, two of them with AC. You'll also find a toilet on the main floor and another bathroom with a bath on the first floor. Finally, 3 radiators, a baby cot and a high-chair complete the equipment of the house. The property is located 1.5 km from the centre of Algaida, an inland cosy village of traditional customs. Here, you'll find all basic services like some bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest beach is Cala Blava about 25 km away, although being central in the island, you can reach a handful of beaches driving in any direction. There's exterior parking for 3 cars.
