Vejbystrand is a cozy place in the best location on the Bjäre peninsula, in an open landscape with many large green areas, pastures and a coastal reserve. In this idyll, this Skåne pool villa is now available for rent. The villa has 11 beds divided into two double rooms, a living room with two beds and a guest cottage with two beds. The house is spacious with plenty of living space in open plan, perfect for the large family or the company that wants space to socialize. In addition to the bedrooms there is a sofa bed for extra sleeping, it as well as the TV corner, large dining table, a stove to burn in and AC for the hot summer months. There are two fully tiled bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bath. The kitchen has a large kitchen island and is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, micro and all-hand kitchen equipment. There is a washing machine and drying cabinet in the coarse tree, and there is a ping-pong table, a football game and a dart board. The standard of this 1.5-floor villa is high, and as guests you have access to the two thousand square meters large and secluded plot with large terrace facing south. Here is a pool and outdoor shower that is used during the summer. There is also a walled barbecue and garden furniture for nice barbecue evenings. In the garden there is a large trampoline, hammock and sun loungers. The villa is equipped for self-catering so everything you need for cooking and such is available, so also sheets and towels. One could describe Stora hult as an oasis on the Bjäre peninsula with proximity to peace and nature, while both Båstad and Torekov are a fifteen minute drive away. Within the same distance you will also find all five golf courses, and Vallåsen's ski resort with only thirty minutes drive away.
