Le Caciaie

Summary: Le Caciaie is a restored farmhouse and barn, just 3 km from Gaiole in Chianti and a short walk from Meleto Castle. Walking through the gardens you will find lush green cypress trees and views of the rolling Chianti hills. There are also a number of shaded seating and dining areas, and the large stone terrace next to the main farmhouse offers a great place to sit and watch the peaceful countryside. This terrace features a marble table with 8 wrought iron chairs. Both the main house and the converted barn are beautifully decorated with a continuous mix of antiques and tasteful modern furniture. The result is a cosy yet classy home with bright interiors and high ceilings. The main house has two lounges: both are spacious, comfortable and have elegant open fireplaces. Meanwhile, the dining room is an exquisite stately place to gather and enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal.
