Villa Boi is a fairly authentic traditional Mallorcan stone country house nestled between hidden mature private gardens in the fabulous Pollensa County off the road to Lluc and Son March Valley, a lovely place for its breathtaking mountain and countryside views with Easy access to the comforts of the ancient city of Pollensa approx. 2 km from the outskirts of the city. A covered porch with its sofas and table, perfect for a drink in the open air, greets you through the front door. The main door opens to a small entrance with French doors that open to the dining area, on the left, with a beautiful dining table and elegant chairs perfectly decorated in beige tones. On the right is the TV area with its comfortable sofa and custom cushions "Villa Boi". Outside the dining area, a step leads to a small interior living room with glass doors and two steps leading to a covered porch with its wooden dining table and blue chairs, perfect for a shaded lunch, and a door That leads to the utility room. Directly opposite there is a recently renovated bathroom, decorated with elegant wooden furniture and green tiles. On the right is the fabulous traditional Mallorcan open kitchen fully equipped with a large separate pantry with a second fridge. A staircase leads to a landing and bedrooms. Directly in front there is a double room with fitted wardrobes very well decorated in traditional Balearic navigation style. Next to the double bedroom is the main double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and dark wood furniture. Both rooms share an outdoor terrace, with table and chairs, which offers stunning mountain views. In front of the main double room there is another double room decorated in green tones. At the end of the landing there is a full bathroom with shower over the bathtub decorated with dark green tiles in an elegant traditional style. The magnificent pool is located at the rear of the house surrounded by established trees and extensive gardens. To complete the adjacent pool area, there is an entertainment area with a covered Mallorcan-style barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. This is a very special villa in Pollensa that has been carefully decorated with generally rustic style furniture, always trying to maintain its charming traditional Mallorcan style.
