This stunning property with a rich history belongs to one of the oldest families in Konavle. According to the documents from archives the house has been owned by the same family since the year 1450. The Villa spreads on two floors offering 4 spacious bedrooms, living room, kitchen with dining area, two terraces, a garden, and a private swimming pool. Pool is not heated. A combination of traditional elements and modern comfort would best describe this Villa. The first level consists of a spacious living room with dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, both with double beds and private en suite bathrooms. From the living room, an external staircase leads down to the generous sized front terrace equipped with outside dining table surrounded by lush green vegetation which is a perfect spot for dining under the open sky or relax by the private swimming pool. From the living room, an internal staircase leads up to the second level directly onto an anteroom with a sitting area which opens onto a large second level terrace with a covered dining area. Two more bedrooms, both with double beds and private en suite bathrooms with shower, are also located on the second level. One of the bedrooms opens onto a smaller side terrace.
