Charming Apartment "Blaser" with Wi-Fi, Garden and Terrace; Parking Available
In the quiet village of Mühlbachl lies the beautiful and cosy apartment "Blaser" and is ideal for 2 people who want to explore the area. The barrier-free apartment is furnished in a modern style and has a living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and an additional toilet. Wi-FI, satellite TV, a washing machine and dryer, as well as a baby bed, a cot and a high chair are also part of the amenities. The property also has a shared garden and a private, furnished and covered terrace with barbecue. In the communal area, which is shared with the other 3 apartments in the house, there is also a ping pong table, a billiard table, a kicker and a dartboard for your entertainment. Right next to the apartment is the Molinero Restaurant, which is run by the owners; breakfast can also be taken here. The apartment is also an excellent starting point for excursions within Tyrol. It is located directly at the protected landscape area "Serles - Habicht - Zuckerhütl", here you can go hiking or for example to the pilgrimage church Maria Waldrast (4,4 km). In winter, some ski areas are in the immediate vicinity. A day trip to Innsbruck is also well worthwhile, the city can be reached in only 28 minutes by car (23 km). The nearby Ski areas are: "Bergel alm" 5 Km (small and family-owned), "Serler Bahnen" 10 Km. The "Serler Bahnen" has also got a Sommerrodelbahn/ Summer toboggan run. A Ski bus is free of charge and departs 500m away from the property. On request, the homeowner may offer to drive guests to the Ski lifts directly but, this must be organized on-site and is not always available. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed on request and for a fee of 5€ per pet per night. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The tourist tax is 2 € per person and day (children under 15 years are free). If you would like to bring a dog with you, please ask the landlord if this is possible. -
