Sitting on the banks of the River Lym, this semi-detached cottage provides comfortable accommodation for couples or small families wanting a convenient base from which to explore the delights of this historic seaside town. A family size master bedroom has a table and chairs set in a turret overlooking the weir and outside there is parking for two cars and a small garden with patio area where the sounds of the river can be heard. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. A pleasant and fairly level walk along the river and through the Old Town will take you to the beach and town centre where you can sample Lyme Regis' unique range of shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants.  Please note: This property is really only suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and one child. A maximum of 1 dog is accepted. If you would like to bring a dog then this is charged at £20 per week (or part week).
