Wonderful loft made of two floors, bright and spacious. It can host till 5 persons. Cosy atmosphere. We have renovated it in a modern style, respecting the characteristics of the building. The space Check with the pictures and the maps if the structure responds to your group's needs: at the ground floor there is the living room, with a very comfortable and handy double sofa bed, the dining table and the kitchen corner full equipped (dish washer, hoven, microwave etc). On the upper floor there is the double bed/twin area with a wardrobe and a table, and the access to the single bedroom, tiny but comfortable, and one bathroom with shower. In total you have: one double bed/twin, one double sofa bed, one single bed in a separate room. Guest access In the Loft all comforts you may need are available: flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, bedding and towels, large wardrobes, free wi-fi, satellite TV, speakers for your own music (cable for IPod and IPhone), iron and portable ironing board, liquids for kitchen and laundry, hair-dryer. Baby cot and high chairs available. Professional cleaning guaranteed! Other things to note Rome city tax is not included in the rate, and it will be charged cash at the arrival, 3.50€ per person per night. Ask us information about the ZTL zone before arriving in the centre of Rome by car. There are specific schedule to enter without the right permission. It is forbidden to enter in ztl area: *6.30-18.00 from Monday to Friday *14.00-18.00 on Saturdays
