The villa is a former farmhouse belonging to the Ginori villa-farm complex of the 15th century, below the northern tower (Portaccia) of the medieval castle of Calenzano. From here, through a private gate, you can directly access the villa property. The main access takes place from the center of Calenzano through a characteristic avenue paved by cypress trees, bordered by olive groves and irises (the famous "giaggioli" florentine), which will immerse you, from your arrival, in the typical Tuscan atmosphere in absolute relax . You will be welcomed in a beautiful garden with swimming pool, delimited by typical stone terraces with olive trees, fruit trees, jaguars and aromatic herbs. From the garden you can admire both the beautiful tower of the castle with the villa Ginori, and a splendid view of the nearby Florence (hence Florence view ...). The villa is a typical Tuscan farmhouse where you can appreciate the peculiar Tuscan materials: terracotta floors, serene stone staircases and the charming wooden ceilings and terracotta tiles. The villa, which has an area of ​​about 330 square meters is divided as follows: - ground floor: large equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, espresso machine) with dining table characterized by the original Tuscan fireplace. Spacious living room with relax / tv and dining area. From the living room you access another room with billiards and mobile bar, through a large archway door access to the garden. On this floor there is a service for disabled people and a laundry room equipped. In the garden there are dining table, pool deck chairs and armchairs, chairs with umbrella for a variable use.
