Nice ground floor by the beach

Our cozy house is equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable during your stay in the Costa Brava. It's an ideal space for families or couples, located in a quiet, natural residential area 3 minutes from the sea, very close to Medieval village of Sant Martí d'Empúries and the Greek ruins of Empúries. Relax on our home terrace and enjoy your vacation! The house is a ground floor surrounded by a patio and with a beautiful and comfortable porch. The distribution consisting of a dinning and living room with TV, a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and other one with an individual bed and a bunk bed. You have Internet service and WiFi available. When you arrive, you will find the house clean and the beds made with clean sheets. In winter time you will find three heaters and a wood stove and in summer time you have two fans at your disposal. In the bathroom, there are towels, hairdryer, shampoo and soap. The washing machine and soap for washing clothes are in the garage. In the kitchen there are clothes, kitchen paper, dish soap and some cooking basics like salt, oil, sugar, vinegar, spices, etc. Furthermore you will find all the necessary utensils for cooking as pots, pans, electric mixer, cofee machine, etc. and all necessary utensils to eat as plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins, etc. Other basic things that you will find at the house are an iron, a clothesline clothing and blankets.
