This beautiful holiday house with pool, a few kilometers from Tortora Marina, is in dominating panoramic position (130 m a.s.l.) along a wide coastal stretch that extends from the Dino Island in the south, to the rocky outposts on the coast of Maratea in the north. The house is spread over three levels and comprises a large living room, kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a large partially covered terrace, where to dine al fresco. From the pool and terrace you can admire the typical colors of the Mediterranean bush. All necessary services are to be found in the nearby Tortora Marina: bars, restaurants and a 10 km long sandy beach extending to the Dino Island. The island is particularly attractive, a real gem along the Calabrian coast, where there are wonderful sea caves that can be visited by boat. The rocky coast of Maratea is just 5 km away. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within 3 weeks after check-out. Up to 1 pet is allowed.
