It's an easy 3 minute level walk to the charming village center, harbour and beach. So, no taxi’s or hire car is required. There is a comfortable double bedroom and bathroom also on the lower floor. The double bedroom has a door that also leads onto the dining balcony. The kitchen was recently renewed and modernised. A new main bathroom has been installed in 2018. On the upper floor there is twin bedroom with porthole windows and bathroom, a utility room with washing machine and storage. There is also a roof terrace with two sun loungers and a small table & chairs providing privacy and again with outstanding views uninterrupted across the bay. The apartment sits in beautiful landscaped gardens with 5 swimming pools. Sun loungers and large umbrella are provided for guests sole use at the poolside.
