It is located in Las Marinas in a very quiet and flat area of villas. Our house is 4 minutes walk from a long sandy beach and 2 kilometers from the city of Denia. It is located very close to the famous restaurant 'Quique Dacosta' with three Michelin stars. Walking from our house there is a supermarket and several restaurants. The best thing about our house is that it is very quiet and only 4 minutes from a sandy beach of many kilometers and at the same time it is also close to Denia. Our house has 220 square meters on one floor. It has 5 bedrooms, one of them very large with a double bed, the other three with two beds and the last one with a trundle bed. It also has another laundry room and two spacious bathrooms. We have just renovated the living room so it is brand new including the furniture.
