It is located in west Raanana within 7 minutes’ walk from the city center, abundant with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and general services. The apartment includes a master bedroom with ensuite shower + a double bedroom (with a one and half bed 120/200 cm) and 1 single bed 90/190 CM) The second large bathroom (with a bathtub) includes a washer and a dryer as well. The apartment is fully furnished to the highest standards and is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite television and a hair dryer. The apartment also includes the convenience of a washing machine, tumble dryer, steam iron and ironing board. The fully equipped, modern kitchen allows you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals as well as host, should you choose to do so. It is fitted with a fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, toaster, grilled sandwich maker, coffee machine and essential cooking utensils. Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Extra charges (Cleaning fees & Electricity): Weekly cleaning: (This service will not be provided during COVID19) For longer stays over 1 month stay - one cleaning visit per week will be added to the total (3-4 weekly cleanings per month) 100 US$-120 US$ depends on number of guests.
