Villa Morfo is a Family Oriented Fully Equipped Villa near Latchi. Relax in the spacious open plan lounge and dine next to the Private swimming pool which is surrounded with a beautiful garden! The entrance door opens into the open plan lounge/dining area, with satellite TV, wireless internet access, DVD player and CD player, furnished with soft sofas, armchair and a dining table, which is situated in front of the patio doors overlooking the swimming pool. The kitchen has a further table and chairs, and is equipped with a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, Nespresso Machine and hob. The kitchen door leads out to a rear patio overlooking the field of carob trees behind. A hallway leads to the two bedrooms: The master double bedroom has it's own en suite shower room and patio doors that lead to the pool area. There is also a twin bedroom and these two rooms are separated by the fully tiled bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning units. Two hairdryers are provided. Outside, the 8m x 4m private swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. Bordering this is a lawned area and flower beds with colourful roses, geraniums and hibiscus.
