The villa is located in the small Swedish village of Orchid Village, in an area with 34 other houses. The area has two large swimming pools with children's pool and jacuzzi and it is only 700 m to the quiet, beautiful, shallow beach with lovely soft sand and bottom. The nearest shop and restaurant is a couple of hundred meters from the villa and it is a few hundred meters to the center of Huay Yang which has a lot of shops and restaurants. Everything is very cheap, about one fifth of the prices in Sweden. The villa has a large terrace where you can enjoy the balmy evenings and a mile from the village is a national park known for its beautiful waterfalls and fine nature.
